Jacquie acquired Balmoral at the age of 5. He showed talent early, winning the North American bred championship at the prestigious Devon Horse Show both as a five and as a six-year - old. At the Prix St Georges level they achieved many firsts. In 2009, at the age of 10, he was confirmed at Grand Prix and began to compete seriously at that level. That fall, at the Devon Horse Show he was first in the Grand Prix and second in the Grand Prix Freestyle.

In 2010 Balmoral was sold to Carol Paterno of Mistover Farm. He and his rider Jayne Marino are in training with Jacqueline and have become valued members of the Brookhaven Team. Congratulations to Carol and Jayne.
